Step 1: Preprocess Your Data

Before uploading, please preprocess your fusion caller output using the official PFGPred preprocessing scripts available on GitHub. Visit the repository, follow the preprocessing instructions, and generate the feature table (e.g., fts_features.csv) before uploading it here.

The final input file must be a .CSV with a header row and must not exceed 10,000 rows.
